5 Annual report by the House of Democracy deputy chair
Klaus Klipp, deputy chair of the House of Democracy, provides a report on the ongoing work with social media. The House of Democracy focuses for now on publishing on the Instagram platform. The postings can be found here:
The social media posting has mainly been produced by the Social Media Team, The Social Media Team – House of Democracy, and a continuous influx of interested volunteers.

Beat Rohner, treasurer, provides a report on the financial statuses of 2020 and 2021 of the House of Democracy.

7 Election of the Board of Directors
The minutes note that Klaus Klipp was outgoing Director 2021 and Beat Rohner is outgoing Director 2022.
Elected Board of Directors are Hande Özsan Bozatli (2020-2024), Klaus Klipp (2021-2025) Okan Karadağ (2022-2026), Roy Perry (2020-2024), Thomas Hartman (2020-2024), Jacek Pilawa (2020-2023) and Sanja Šifliš Lucic (2020-2023). The years in parenthesis state the mandate of each Board member.
8 Admission of members
30 applicants are proposed as full members and 7 applicants as associate members by the Board of Directors.
The proposal is approved.
9 Other business
The Board of Directors propose that the yearly fee for Full members will be € 20. The fee for Associate members is free.
