1 Opening

Dr. Hande Öszan Bozatli, Founder, declares the meeting open.

2 Adoption of House of Democracy Statute

The Executive Board adopts the House of Democracy ASBL Statute, including the minutes of founders meeting to establish and register House of Democracy ASBL (Annex 1).

3 Adoption of Members

The Executive Board adopts as members: Roy Perry, Thomas Hartman, Jacek Pilawa, Marian Constantin Vasile, Okan Karadağ, Emir Tahiri and Sanja Šifliš Lucic.

4 Composition

The composition of the Board of Directors is ratified: Dr. Hande Öszan Bozatli, Klaus Klipp, Beat Rohner, Roy Perry, Thomas Hartman, Jacek Pilawa and Marian Constantin Vasile.

The composition of the Executives is ratified: Dr. Hande Öszan Bozatli, chair. Klaus Klipp, deputy chair. Beat Rohner, treasurer.

The Executive Board elects as rapporteurs: Okan Karadağ, on Digital Economy. Emir Tahiri, on Youth and Youth organizations. Sanja Šifliš Lucic, on the Istanbul Convention.

5 Adjournment

Dr. Hande Öszan Bozatli ends the meeting.
